Social Climb was founded by Jamie Gallegos, a technical-minded problem-solver with a strong background in service operations and business systems.
Before launching Social Climb, Jamie spent:
17 years at Xerox as a field technician and manager, leading tech teams, diagnosing complex issues, improving service processes, and working inside a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
This experience created a deep understanding of service workflows, technician scheduling, customer expectations, and operational consistency — the same realities contractors face every day.5 years running a recruiting and staffing agency, helping local businesses grow, hire, and scale.
This built insight into people, markets, operational bottlenecks, and what companies need to succeed long-term.
This combination of technical systems thinking + service-industry experience + business operations is exactly why Social Climb’s approach works so well for contractors.
